Tornado Sports Cars were formed in 1984 and production of our GT40 replica, the TSC GT40, began in 1989. We have continually produced GT40 replicas since that time making Tornado by far the longest etablished GT40 replica manufacturer in History. 2008 marks our 19th year of continual GT40 replica production.

Farbio Sports Cars
Designed to reflect speed and beauty with exquisite flowing lines, the Farbio GTS brings to reality the merger of a road car with a racing pedigree. The latest technological advances are encompassed with dynamic styling and superb road holding. Now in production at our factory near Bath, the stunning Sports Car has a full carbon fibre body, space framed chassis, complete flat underfloor (incorporating a rear diffuser), giving the GTS an exceptional aerodynamic grip level. It has an understated elegance combined with style, giving a truly refined sports car with outstanding performance. GTS customers will be able to tour in comfort with the spacious, ergonomic interior, with fully adjustable Sparco reclining seats allowing for a 6’6” driver. The controls have an easy accessibility with the touch-screen featuring satellite navigation, air conditioning and sound system as standard. Long distance touring is made easier due to the 76 litre fuel tank and 220 litre boot capacity, which can incorporate a full size set of golf clubs or luggage.
British Lightweight Sportscar
The Seven is the original British lightweight sportscar. Originally created by Colin Chapman and launched as the Lotus 7 in 1957, the car embodies the Chapman design ethos of ‘adding lightness’. The low mass of the car makes it inherently agile, gives startling performance and, most of all, imbues the driving experience with its unparalleled sense of purity, control and reward. It is, quite simply, a motoring icon. Caterham Cars has been selling the Seven since the late 1950’s. In 1973 Caterham purchased the rights to manufacture the car from Lotus, and has been building and selling it ever since. Over the decades Caterham have continued to refine and enhance the design, whilst always respecting the brilliance of the original formula. Motorsport is at the heart of the Seven and it is the original 'race car for the road'. The car was designated 'too fast to race' by the authorities in the 1970’s due to its overwhelming superiority over its rivals, and was banned from competition. This inspired Caterham to pioneer one make racing with strict regulations to minimise cost and produce close, exciting racing. Meanwhile, overall victory in the 1992 Nelson Ledges 24-Hours race and class victory at the 2002 Nurburgring 24-Hours underlined the car’s abilities even against modern rivals.
Luego Sports Cars
Luego has just delivered a Velocity XT which we believe to be a very good compromise between high quality and affordable. Still based on the Ford running gear the car has been fitted with a Vauxhall 20XE 'redtop' running aftermarket throttle bodies and ECU with closed loop Lambda control. This allowed the costs to be kept down while still conforming to the latest emissions tests. The car is amazing to drive with lots of low down power, and will cruise down the high street without any problems. Extras include: Carbon fibre dash, telemetrix gauges, OMP steering wheel, fuel swirl pot, quaife quickshift gearstick, corbra seats with Luego logo embroided on.

Eagle Owners Club
The Eagle Owners Club has been running now for over 24 years. In this time it has brought together owners of some of the most individual and innovative cars in the 'Kit Car' Industry. The original car was developed in the States from a British car, (the Nova) and one Allen Breeze started to build it under licence in 1981. The SS was the only 'Gull Wing' Kit Car on sale in the U.K. until the closure of Eagle Cars Ltd. in the late 90's. Eagle Cars is probably best known for the 'Eagle RV' and 'Eagle SS' Cars, but had also in its family of cars the Ford MkII Escort based 'Eagle P21' and 'Eagle P25' as well as other low production models like the +2, Henderson and Stendetto. It was bought by Rob Budd, a former trial motorcyclist in around 1989. He expanded the range of cars and upgraded the existed models.

Lenham Sports Cars Limited is run by Julian Booty, Peter Rix and Andrew Actman, Julian and Peter having originally formed the Lenham Motor Company in the 1960’s specialising in British sports cars. At that time a reputation was built producing fibreglass panels for sports cars, preparation and manufacture of the Lenham Healey, as well as selling quality cars. They went on to form the Vintage and Sports Car Garage Ltd in Harrietsham where in 2005 the business was taken over by Andrew Actman, utilising the skills and experience built over decades by the former owners who have stayed with the new company.

Javan Sports Cars Ltd
Javan Sports Cars Ltd was formed in 2003 with one single aim – to design and build the ultimate track and road sports car. Company founder, Javan Smith, has held a passion for motorsport from a very early age and was actively involved in the industry until moving to Cornwall in the late eighties. In fact, Javan’s name is synonymous with highly intricate and superbly detailed scale-models, which he has produced for a number of racing teams and enthusiasts. The opportunity to make the transition to full scale development arose in 2002 and together with Production Director, Andrew Fletcher, Javan set about turning a dream into reality. The exhilarating Javan R1 is the result and in 2006, with the first prototype ready, the company moved to its present manufacturing base in Helston, Cornwall.
Tiger Racing, manufactures seven models of road and race cars, and was formed back in 1989. We are one of the major manufactures, and can supply base chassis through to complete kits and, in fact, were one of the first to introduce "comprehensive" kits into the industry. Tiger is a family company and prides itself on its back up once the customer has purchased anything from the chassis all the way to the turn-key car. At Tiger we have many more facilities on site than most in the kit industry and with these in place can give a great service. Our facilities include two engineering shops, sales/show area, paint department, petrol station, MOT garage, trimming shop, and an impressive parts department. Alongside these excellent facilities Tiger has UK and international agents helping with all aspects of Tiger and ERA promotion and sales.

VINDICATOR CARS launched the SPRINT in 1991. Comparisons have been made to a traditional "Seven" shape, but the proportions of the SPRINT are very different, as the design started with its chassis layout rather than saying "I want a car that looks like this". The current SPRINT is lighter than earlier examples, having evolved due to racing, sprinting and hill-climbing. An even more lightweight version is also available for competition use. The reason for the slogan, and the difference between the SPRINT and most other "seven-esque" models, is that the seating is towards the middle of the car, rather than against the back axle. The standard overall width is nearly 6 feet (1.75m+) across the rear arches, with an option for extra wide arches that are from a different set of moulds. A current SPRINT is approx. 11'5" (3.48m) long, but allow approx 9" (23cm) extra if you fit an external wheel.

Great British Sportscars
The company started in the mid 80's. In 1989, a TR7 based Robin Hood was introduced with the affordable price tag of £995 + VAT. Motoring enthusiasts showed their support and several kits were sold, development of the new product was continual and feed back from customers was carefully analysed, a range of engine sizes were needed so that even the very young could afford to run such a vehicle. The Triumph Dolomite superseded the TR7 as donor vehicle, a popular choice with engines ranging from the purring 1100cc to the roaring 2000cc Sprint.

British Sports Cars
A range of limited edition 1:43 scale British sports cars which are mainly pre 1940. This page shows the Jowett Jupiter SC (Mk1a), the Invicta 4 1/2 litre 'S' Type S90 'Simplon' and the 'S' Type Coupe from 1934 bodied by Salmons. The Invicta models are made by Autotorque. The Jowett Jupiter is made by J & M Classics. All of the models are made in pewter. The Autotorque models are a new generation of highly detailed models with hand painted instrumented dashboards, fine wires on bonnets and running boards, interior carpeting*, and weathering of seats. When fitted to competition cars we include belts on bonnets with hand made buckles (for example - see AT7 Invicta Simplon). Most of the above have been incorporated in our models for some time plus the usual etched wire wheels, photoetch where necessary and other effects when required.

The MX500 was originally known as the Phoenix and is based on the Phoenix square tube chassis and features inboard front suspension and independent rear suspension. We have all the jigs to allow the original Phoenix to be made with Escort or Capri front uprights and a Sierra differential and rear suspension. A choice of engines is available, ranging from bike engine to Duratec, but the 1600 SE engine is light and powerful and allows the non-bulge bonnet to be used.
