It seems taken out from a Japanese comic book like Akira, but it is not a draw, it works, it didn’t make noise and it don’t pollute. The name EV X7, manufactured for the AXEL company , equip an electromagnetic motor that the manufacturer Génesis have baptized like SUMO ( Super Motor ). The set didn’t exceed the 200 kilograms. The manufacturer has announced the sale of a mini scooter using the same technology the coming year to a price near to 2100 dollars.
