Bhd. was incorporated in 1983 by a group of prominent motorcycle dealers in the state of Selangor and Federal Territory, Malaysia as a flagship to promote better understanding and cooperation among the industry fraternities. Motorcycle Dealers Holdings in turn incorporated a subsidiary, Fizwina Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Soon Tuck Trading Sdn. Bhd.) in 1984. This subsidiary company principally engaged in the trading and exporting of motorcycle sprockets, parts and accessories to the worldwide countries with a various design and sizes and custom made to meet the clients' specify requirement.
