Puntland Hospital
DESCRIPTION:Puntland Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Somalia. Our aim is to provide both primary and acute hospital care for the population of the area. We are also involved in medical research, with special interest in tropical diseases. We specifically focus on locally endemic diseases such as Malaria, Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and Schistosomiasis most of which are recognized by the World Health Organization as neglected infectious diseases and chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetic, kidney and lung.
