Bank of Latvia  
The Bank of Latvia (Latvian: Latvijas Banka) is the central bank of Latvia. It is one of the key public institutions and carries out economic functions as prescribed by law. The principal objective of the Bank of Latvia is to regulate currency in circulation by implementing monetary policy to maintain price stability in Latvia.

AS Hansabanka, one of the leading commercial banks in Latvia, was established on 8 May 1992 under the name of German-Latvian Bank (Deutsche - Lettische Bank). In June 1996, the German -Latvian Bank became a part of the Hansabank Group and its name was changed to Hansabank-Latvia. The change of shareholders of the bank was the first step towards international banking.

Latvijas Biznesa Banka  
In 2006 JSC AS “Latvijas Biznesa Banka” continued to develop client servicing and introduced new modern Internet Banking software and a new home page of the bank aimed at sale of products and services. The bank has accomplished modernization of its premises, including client servicing rooms.


Latvijas Krajbanka

Latvijas tirdzniecibas banka  
Akciju sabiedrîba "Latvijas tirdzniecîbas banka" was established in 1991 and is one of the oldest banks in Latvia. The license issued by the Bank of Latvia is dated as 4th December 1991. At the moment akciju sabiedrîba „Latvijas tirdzniecîbas banka” has the license issued by the Financial and Capital Market Commission for banking activities.

Norvik Banka  
The Bank was established on 29 April 1992. Since that time the Bank has been successfully operating at the Latvian and international financial markets, offering its services to a wide range of clients – from natural persons to international industrial enterprises.
