BANKS DOMINICA Agricultural Industrial And Development Bank DEXIA is a Statutory Organization responsible to the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Consumer Affairs, Private Sector Relations, CARICOM, OECS and Diaspora Affairs. The Agency came into existence on July 1, 1986, by Act No. 14, Dominica Export Import Agency Act of 1986.
