Vuokrataan sopimuksen mukaan korkeatasoinen täyssähköistetty pyöröhirsihuvila ja erillinen rantasauna Puumalan Viljakansaaressa.

Huvila sijaitsee etelään viettävällä mäntyrinteellä, josta hyvät retkeily, ulkoilu ja veneilymahdollisuudet ympäröivään luontoon. Rantaviivaa n. 200 metriä.
Rannalla erillinen puilla lämmitettävä rantasauna + saunakamari uima- ja venelaitureineen sekä lapsiystävällinen hiekkapohjainen ranta. Pieni soutuvene on vieraiden käytössä ja ympärillä ovat puhtaat ja kalaisat Saimaan vedet saaristoineen.
Erillinen 2 auton ja puuvaraston käsittävä ulkorakennus.
Huvilalta on n. 20 km Puumalan keskustaan, josta löytyvät
kaupat, Alko, ravintolat, huoltoasemat ja kunnan muut palvelut.

The location of the summer house is on pined hillside to the south and to lake Saimaa gulf. There you have fine camping-, walking-,
boating-, and fishing possibilities around the nature of Lake Finland.
From summer house is 20 km to Puumala center where you find shops, alcohol shop, restaurants, petrol stations boat & ship
harbour e.t.c. same as other services of the county.
