UNIVERSITIES TAJIKISTAN

Tajikistan International University
To those involved in the Tajik nation simply establishing a University within the new educational system in the middle of Central Asia is not an instant fix. Training at international level and enculturation can be rapid but it must be given time. The first graduating classes will not be available for the market until 2008. Each year after that, there will be a new group of highly trained students hungry to use their education and skill.

University of Central Asia
The fall of the Soviet Union brought with it both the withdrawal of much-needed resources invested in education in Central Asia, and new opportunities to create innovative institutions that could respond to the needs of communities in the region.
