Linkoping University  
The LiU-Junior Faculty at Linköping University is the network for future research leaders. The Junior Faculty, encompassing all faculties, is an arena for knowledge exchange and information for postdoctoral researchers and teachers with an aim toward docentship.

Royal Institute of Technology  
The Royal Institute of Technology was established in 1827 in Stockholm, Sweden. The institute offers a range of undergraduate, graduate, licentiate, and doctoral degree programs. The institute is also concerned with a number of national and international research projects as well as student exchange programs.

Uppsala University  
The Uppsala University has been actively involved in imparting quality education for more than 500 years. Established in 1477, it offers a variety of programs that can lead to degrees at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The institution comprises of 9 faculties from the fields of Medicine and Pharmacy, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Science and Technology.





Linkoping University  
Founded in the year 1960, the Linköping University was awarded the status of university in the year 1975. A wide range of courses are available here in both education and research. There are four faculties in the university. Courses are offered in technology, arts and sciences, health sciences, and educational sciences.

Royal Institute of Technology  
The Royal Institute of Technology was established in 1827 in Stockholm, Sweden. The institute offers a range of undergraduate, graduate, licentiate, and doctoral degree programs. The institute is also concerned with a number of national and international research projects as well as student exchange programs.

Umea University  
Established in 1965 in Umeå Sweden, Umeå University offers a range of Master's programs as well as single subject study courses. It is the fifth oldest university in the country and is also involved with a number of research projects. There are 29000 students currently studying at the university.

Lund Institute of Technology  
The Lund University - Faculty of Engineering offers a wide range of course programs in both education and research. The main subject area in which the courses are offered is technical and engineering sciences. The faculty is mainly known for its master’s degree programs. The medium of instruction for the master’s degree programs is English while for the undergraduate and graduate degree programs, the medium of instruction is Swedish.

Karolinska Institute  
Founded in 1810, the Karolinska Institute was granted the status of university in the year 1968. There are three campuses in the university – the Solna campus, the KI North campus, and the Huddinge campus. A wide range of medical courses are available in the university, which include courses in Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics, Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics, Women and Child Health, Surgical Science, Oncology-Pathology and Odontology.

Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences  
Based in Uppsala in Sweden, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences offers a range of research opportunities and study programs for subjects concerning biological resources and production. The university has four main faculties and four campus locations. There are about 4000 students currently enrolled at the college.

Mälardalen University  
Mälardalen University was founded in 1977 and is located Eskilstuna in Sweden. It is a higher education university that currently caters to 15000 students. There are approximately 850 courses, 60 programs, 40 supplementary courses, and 15 international Master programs. Study counselors are available for students as well as online counseling.

Malmö University  
Located in Malmo, Sweden, Malmö University was founded in 1998 and offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research opportunities. Students can also take advantage of career guidance offered at the university as well as the use of a fully equipped library. The university is the eighth largest undergraduate university in Sweden.

Luleå University of Technology  
There are five main departments in the Luleå University of Technology. The courses are available in all levels including undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate. Students can also get enrolled in for various PhD study programs. Programs are available in Wood Science and Technology, Networking and Computing, Leisure and Entertainment, Manufacturing and Design of Wood and Bionanocomposites, and Wood Physics.

Örebro University  
Founded in Orebro, Sweden in 1977, Örebro University offers students a wide range of study courses and single subject programs as well as master's degree courses. The university has close to 15000 students and is open to both exchange students and free movers. Students also have access to the University library.

Stockholm School of Economics  
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, the Stockholm School of Economics was founded in 1909. The university offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, research opportunities and executive education courses. It is the first university in Sweden to be accredited by the European Quality Improvement System.

University College of Boras  
University College of Borås is one of Sweden's leading educational institutions and comprises of six academic schools. It has a student body of more than 11,000 students. The institution offers regular classroom mode of education as well as distance mode of education. The students are offered a variety of programs that can lead to Bachelor's as well as Master's degrees. Its Swedish School of Library and Information Studies offers a Doctorate program in association with the University of Gothenburg.

Vaxjo University  
Växjö University is one of the newer educational institutions in Sweden. It is involved in research and higher education that can lead to undergraduate and post-graduate degrees. Students can take up various programs as well as choose from a range of single subject courses. The institution has more than 1000 employees and about 14,000 students.

Karlstad University  
Founded in 1977, The Karlstad University was awarded the status of university in the year 1999. Located in Värmland, the university offers a wide range of courses at undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and even doctoral levels. In doctoral courses, there are at present two hundred students enrolled in the university. The university offers eight hundred courses in fifty two different disciples.

Blekinge Institute of Technology  
The Blekinge Institute of Technology offers a wide range of engineering courses in both bachelor’s degree and master’s degree. There are five mains schools in the university and the School of Engineering is the largest one. The medium of instruction for the master’s degree programs is English while other courses are offered in Swedish language.

University of Skovde  
The University of Skövde was founded in 1977 and has about 8300 students and 487 staff members. The institution offers undergraduate and graduate programs in nearly 48 study programs and students can choose from more than 600 courses. The institution is one of the pioneer institutions offering students a variety of short courses in the field of Engineering.

Dalarna University College  
Founded in the year 1977, The Dalarna University is organized into two main campuses – one in Borlänge, while the other one in Falun. Several other academic centers of the university are spread in several regions. Both bachelors’ degree and master’s degree courses are available in the university, in subject areas including, Culture and Tourism, Infrastructure and Media, Business, Welfare, Teaching and learning.

University of Kalmar  
The University of Kalmar was established in 1977 and offers a variety of programs in many fields of study. Students can take up both undergraduate and graduate study programs. It currently offers more than 50 degree programs. Students can select from more than 300 courses. It has an annual student population of about 10,000 students.

Halmstad University  
Founded in the year 1973, The Halmstad University offers a wide range of both bachelor’s degree and master’s degree courses through its two main campuses – the Halmstad campus and the Varberg campus. The university is an independent institution of higher education and has its own vice chancellor. There are thirty professors and fifteen associate professors in the university.

Jonkoping University  
The Jönköping University is a non-government owned higher education institution. The university offers its wide range of courses in a variety of subject areas through its four schools. Apart from the academic programs, the students can also get enrolled in various advanced research studies. The programs are available at undergraduate level, graduate level, post graduate level, and even doctoral level.

Göteborg University  
Formally founded in the year 1954, The Göteborg University has its history deep routed over hundred years ago. At present, the total number of students studying in this university is over fifty thousand. There are five thousand employees in the university. There are eight faculties in the university that are organized into a total of sixty departments.

Stockholm University  
Located in Stockholm, Sweden, the Stockholm University offers a range of diplomas, certificates and degree courses for a number of subjects. The university is open to both visiting and exchange students. Host to many Nobel Laureates, the university is also involved with a number of research projects.

Chalmers University of Technology  
Founded in the year 1829, The Chalmers University of Technology offers its wide range of courses in engineering and technology, through its two main campuses – one in Johanneberg and the other one in Lindholmen. The university also invites the international students to get enrolled in its various courses. The university offers both full time as well as part time courses.

Lund University  
Founded in the year 1966, the Lund University offers a wide array of course programs in both education and research. International students are also invited to this university, as the medium of instruction for most of the courses is English. However, several course programs are also available in the Swedish language.
