Lomonosov Moscow State University  
Moscow State University was established in 1755.Every year Moscow University enrolls about 2 000 international students and postgraduates from all over the world.Moscow University has at its disposal more than 600 buildings and facilities including the sky-scraper on Lenin Hills, occupying over 1 million square metres. The University campus in Moscow covers 205.7 hectares.

Moscow Institute of Physics and Technologies  
Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology along with Moscow Engineering Physics Institute takes part in scientific educational CRDF-REC project, which is considered to be very important for us. The key problem of the Center is to investigate fundamental properties of matter and substances at their microscopic partial level and to expose the macroscopic properties of matter under extreme conditions based on microscopic matter structure.

Saint Petersburg State University  
Saint Petersburg State University was approved by the Senate of the Russian Empire on 28 January 1724. A characteristic feature of this, Russia's first, institution of higher education was its organic link with the other two constituents of St. Petersburg's scholastic trinity: the Academy of Sciences and the Grammar School.

Tambov State Technical University  
Tambov State Technical University was founded in 1958 as Tambov affiliate of Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering. It was headed byF.S.Polyansky. In 1965 the affiliate was transformed into Tambov Institute of Chemical Engineering.

Irkutsk State University  
Irkutsk State University (ISU) is the oldest higher educational institution in Eastern Siberia and the Far East. Irkutsk State University became the major educational, scientific and cultural center on the vast territory of Eastern Siberia and Far East region. During the 1930s, the University continued to grow and develop and soon in Irkutsk the first higher educational institutions emerged from it.

Russian State Hydrometeorological University

Novosibirsk State Technical University  
Novosibirsk State Technical University, one of the largest research and educational centres of Russia, was organized according to the USSR Council of Ministries' Decree of 19 August 1950 and the USSR Minister of Culture Order, and was known at the as Novosibirsk Institute of Electrical Engineering

Petrozavodsk State University  
Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) was founded in 1940 as the Karelian-Finnish University and was renamed in 1956. During its 65-year-long history, the university has trained more than 47000 highly qualified specialists.
