Centro Universitario Ciudad Vieja  
School is a part of college life in the country, organized with the aim to promote, encourage and foster a number of programmes and activities aimed at the training of students from different universities. Old City is open to all university students interested in their comprehensive development without discrimination of race, religion or social status. Centro Universitario de Occidente  
In the year 1963, on the initiative of the Society of Advocates of the West, requested the Rector of the UES, dr. Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala  
The University of San Carlos of Guatemala was founded by Royal Charter from Charles II, dated January 31, 1676. Universidad Galileo  
The first university with a technological focus in Guatemala was authorized by the Higher Council of Private Education on October 31, 2000. This new school has been the product of 27 years of work of the task force headed by Dr. Eduardo Suger, its founder and president.
