The company currently withholds the biggest "Index of Customer Satisfaction" amongst the entire Northeast car dealer, having reached the prize of "Excellency in After-Sales Service". Elected for 2 consecutive years as the "Car Dealer of the Year" by Fiat Automobiles Recife Office, PontaNegra was inaugurated in May 1993 in Rio Grande do Norte state. Currently, it is the sixth in sales volume in the Northeast, and is second in marketing share. In national level, it is positioned among the 40 Fiat car dealer in Brazil, in sales volume, and among the 15 in market share. Autoeste retain the best qualification in customer service, at Fiat Regional Brasilia, that comprises the states of Goiás, Mato Grosso, Amazonas, Maranhão, Acre, Rondônia, Roraima and Federal District.
